ok can we get a list just to confirm...what channels people are getting and if they have sero or not please.

My customer ID number is different as well.

I Got My Refurbished 6700 Saturday At A Repair Sprint Store...They Said I Can Get This New Plan Thats Called "Pro Pack" And Sprint TV Is Available For The 6700 Now...

I Wit Home And Called The Sprint People To Get To The Bottom Of This Becuase I Subscribed To Both Packages For The TV. And They Claim Sprint TV Isnt Available For It Yet...So I Was Wondering Becuase Everybody Gots A Different ID Number That Sprint TV Is Available Now And If U Upgrade Your Plan U Will Get More Channels???

I was not getting all of the channels so I unsubscribed, Now its not allowing me to re up. Any Ideas?

I ran into problems installing the program on the SD card so I uninstalled and reinstalled on the device memory and everything worked fine, no problems. Hope everyone else is making out alright with it.

I'm also getting all the channels with the SERO plan without any subscription promt!!

Where'd live TV go? It still shows on my subscriptions, but no Discovery live. :(

I downloaded and everything looks fine. EVDO is good. I get the logo in the middle with the bars running at the bottom, forever. What am I doing wrong?

Are you using your USB cable and ActiveSync? Sprint TV doesn't seem to like ActiveSync. Other than that make sure you installed it to device memory and try a soft reset.

I am on Alltel and get about 20-25 channels or so.

There is NO way we can be charged for this right?

Anyone else have the College FB Wire? I just re-installed this, as it was installed on my SD memory and didn't work. I have every other channel the above poster listed, just not the College FB wire.

Seem to be dependent upon current events/topics. The College FB Wire may appear during the weekend and or beginning of the week for recapping purposes.

On a serious note, I am unable to get this working. I flashed dcd's 1.5 ROM for my Mogul and ever since, I get a "Unable to initilize user" error message when I try to run it. It worked before on the stock Mogul ROM, but no go on the custom so far...

Could someone get me a beer?

Honestly, I think the servers are just getting overloaded as Sprint just released the Touch, and I've noticed more problems lately with channels not loading, etc. Sometimes it works, but then an hour later it gets stuck loading again.

Look...I'm sure Sprint didn't anticipate that there would be all of this activity on their servers for a program that isn't really supposed to be available to the masses.

Here's the bottom line...the application works, period. If there are connection/server problems that not something that will be solved here. That is a Sprint problem.

Let's all chill on the whole "it's getting stuck on the load screen" and save this thread for problems, issues, etc. related directly to this application.

I'm now stepping down from my soapbox...let the flamming commence!

Just a quick question, which I'm sure has been covered, but I'm on SERO, so if I am able to use this, will I get charged extra? :dunno:

Does anyone else still getting stuck "loading" on Sprint TV?

I have the software installed and can get to the site and see the "welcome movie"

I get the same "loading" message and have no fix for it. Anyone?

It makes no sense to not address any and all problems involving the program within this thread. There is no forum dedicated specifically to the SprintTV program, thus the sprinttv problems should be kept in one thread, therefore help can be found easier.

Well, count me in the "loading..." group. Here's what happened to me. DL'd and installed yesterday. Worked great with bunch of channels but zero sound. Wondered throughout the day then got home and showed it off to the spouse and she thought it was great but handed it back and said great but no sound... So I remembered that I had it in "vibrate" mode. Well, I changed vibrate mode to normal mode in the HTC screen and went back into it and then got the dreaded "loading..." on the channels screen. Tried uninstalling, and reinstalling, with multiple hard resets. Even changed it back to vibrate and still "loading..." I also get the start up movie to run, but nothing after that. What else... Oh, I'm also a SERO plan just in case that is important info. Anybody have any thoughts. I do not have the newest ROM on the phone. It's actually the one that came with the phone on release date in the summer.

I installed it yesterday and it was working fine. Then while i was watching it i hit my wifi button and it went right to the loading channels thing.

I have reinstalled it a bunch of times and did a hard reset. No matter what I do now i get the loading channel.

Could it be since this is from touch and touch dosnt have wifi they locked it once i did that? idk but i do know it did it soon as i hit the button.

No, other users have it working fine with wifi.

To those that had Sprint TV working Wednesday....

Is it still working today? Are you getting hung up in the "Loading" mode?

Working just fine yesterday morning day and night. Today I got the Loading screen and Loading on each channel. Reloaded the program (still have the same ID) and still says loading. Other (NOT Sprint TV) streams work, so it must be their server issue?

It seems to be functioning fine for most.

If you have a "channel Loading - or - 7000" timout it is more than likely due to a network coverage issue. Sprint TV needs a decent signal to work as they are streaming quite a bit of data to the device.

Keeping in mind that it is such a sensitive bandwidth requirement there will absolutely be some hiccups for people in thin or light coverage.

"But my signal says i have service" - honestly the signal bars are not 100% accurate. In the industry we refer to them as "dummy meters" as its a best representation of signal at that time, but RF fluctuates far too much. If your handset has a high "Access Overload Code" and its paging the system more frequently than with stock settings you may have better luck.

Most people dont even know they have a feature in the NAM of the handset which dictates the priority the handset is given to access the system. If your number is higher than say mine, you will get dropped while i continue to make calls (when the system is near capacity).

All in all be patient. None of this is perfect technology. Remember anything radio based is due to have issues from time to time.

Is there a way to change the priority setting?

I'm almost certain its not a signal strength issue.
