WM6.5 registry import trouble

OK...running MightyROM 04.25.09r with WM6.5...using Resco Registry to export registry entries so I can capture settings to reimport after flashing...I'm having trouble getting the most basic settings to take...is WM6.5 using a different header/format for registry entries?

I can't even set my vmail number or Sounds & Notifications settings anymore.
