you can test the speed also by copying a file from a shared folder (laptop/pc connected to the wifi router too) before and after the tweak to see if there is a difference in the copy process.
Like I said in my post last page, our devices already connect to 802.11g. The only other speed increase would be if it connected to 802.11n or if they work out the issues causing it to run slower than 802.11g.

The only thing I notice is my device detects a Wi-Fi signal in less than 2 seconds, and I'm loving this ting so far.
