is there a way (registry tweak) to change the file size limit on the mogul when sending picture mail? my size is set to 300k and the video clip i wanna send is 700k. is there a way to make the video clip smaller?

I don't know what MMS client your using but this is for Arcsoft. The issue is that your mms message may not even be delivered if it is above the standard 400k size limit. The Carrier may just reject the message or the attachments.

Using a registry editor, navigate to the following folder:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Arcsoft\Arcsoft MMS UA\Config\UI\SizeLimit
Change the Value "SendLimit3" from "default value" to "1024000"

for verizon the limit is 350, so the SendLimit3 value should be 358400
