Are you 100% certain this file controls the screen taps? I've replaced it with Resco, soft-reset and nothing...same sound

Also when I load up WMP and play hwandsw.wav, it sounds nothing like the screen tap. Could someone please confirm this for me, I can't believe I can't find the sound file for the screen tap! I've listened to all the .wav files in \windows\
