HKLM is an acronym for HKEY Local Machine. You need a registry editor to get to it... I recommend PHM RegEdit since it works best for me but a lot of people also like the Total Commander registry editor. Just make sure you're careful with what you do in there cuz you can seriously mess things up if you don't know what you're doing lol.

Hey Dwizzy great work on this, first time poster long time reader. Just a few questions. After the install of the screen shot package I can change the back round image with any picture correct? Also do I need to edit the HKLM to get the LG buttons to look like that. I started to get a bit side tracked by all that was posted in here.

2)no u dont need to do any reg edits.

ok everything worked...but 1 question:

i use Palringo..and the icon comes under the LG buttons...so it wont allow the buttons to go all teh way to the bottom (152 pixels settings as you said in the read me)...

how do i get rid of the palringo icon without having it turned off..because im on aim and msn..all day...but the buttons dont look to nice unless there all da way at teh bottom...thanks again...and the battery image wont come up in the corner like urs...the space is there but the pic doesnt show up.. also wats the perferred settings for the landscape view for the spacer (buttons)...

huh the only suggestion i have about that is to go to
hklm/software/microsoft/today/items
look for palringo, click it, go to the entry enablrd and change the value to 0.

also for the spacer plugin u can only have it set to landscape or portrait height....not both at the same time. i have no idea why, i have messed with other spacer olugins and none support both.
the battery image must be configged through quickmenu. open quick menu, go down to quickmenu then go to options. then go to the view tab and u should see battery icon in taskbar.

need help. when i install the plug in for the four buttons on the bottom it comes up in the middle of my phone and when i try to move it down like you said it doesnt do anything. please help. oh yea my phone is t-mobile wing please help.

go to settings/personal/today/items and mae sure the order is. htc plus, spacer, then lg buttons.

ok well i got the landscape at 82 pixels...looks good..but wen i go from landscape to the other way...the buttons move @ 82...instead of staying @ 152....how do i make them both stay at there own pixels respectively...152 and 82...
