HKLM is an acronym for HKEY Local Machine. You need a registry editor to get to it... I recommend PHM RegEdit since it works best for me but a lot of people also like the Total Commander registry editor. Just make sure you're careful with what you do in there cuz you can seriously mess things up if you don't know what you're doing lol.
