Pocket PC Video Converter

Iâ€™ve been searching for a while and I really don't know if I am searching correctly but this is what I'm looking for.

Is there any program that I can convert videos on my Pocket PC?

I want to transfer to other cell phones some videos, for example, videos that I downloaded from YouTube in my Pocket PC, and converting this .flv file in .3gp for transferring to other cell phones.

I know I can do that in my PC, but I want to do it in my Pocket PC.

Is there any program that I can do that? Or I'm waiting too much from my little device?

what kind of media player r u using? you might switch to tcpmp which support most of the media format, so u don't have to convert anything at all.
As far as I know, it's almost impossible that u can do converting on ur pocket pc, it requires a much more powerful cpu and memory as PC has.

I'm using TCPMP to view this kind of format in my Pocket PC. I only want to send to other cell phones that only can view 3gp videos. I found almost 10 web pages that convert this type of file online. But this type of pages can't be viewed with Opera Mini, Picsel, PIE Plus v2.2 and Opera 8.65 works partially. Sometimes I can make a conversion and almost always I can’t. Is there another mobile browser that I do not know???
