WeatherPanel gets it's weather data from weather.com. You can look your city up there and it basically should be the same (after an update).

What theme are you using? Some themes show the "feels like" temperature by default...

I just fired up my wvga emulator and loaded WeatherPanel. The VGA themes and icons worked fine. So, the answer to your question: Easy

I HIGHLY recommend anyone wanting to do this install Second Today. It allows you to run one or many today plugins in a totally separate "today" screen. Most people use it to run a custom today screen alongside TF3D but I used it to run a fullscreen weatherpanel. Works GREAT.
