BigJLindy, download the app from the first post using your ppc. You'll need something like Total Commander to unpack the zip file. From there you'll be good to go. There is a ReadMe file in the zip...just follow the directions and start enjoying this wonderful app.

i downloaded the program created folders as it said but does not show data and wont run

did you follow the ReadMe in the zip file that you downloaded? Make sure you follow that verbatim. Start with a soft reset. Make sure you have data connection.

that is what i did and created the folders that it said but where it said - Program Files
- MarsWare
- WeatherPanel
- data
+ Icons
- Themes
- Energy-240-QVGA
the data and the icon are not there and nothing happens

Ok, the zip in the first post only contains the Energy-240 Theme. You need to download the actual WeatherPanel program.

You can do that right here:

Again, follow the ReadMe in the zip file. Once you do that you should be good to go. Do a soft reset just for good measure.

yes thank u but i dont get the automated part and i can seem to figure out how to get to the settings screen
