[THEME] PhatPhinger IV VGA (Diamond/Allrockabilly edition)

Anybody know how to mod this theme to work with 6.5.x or newer Roms with the small topbar and start button at the bottom.

This theme works fine on the today screen, but when you press a selection that launches a full screen summary, there is a gap at the top where the old start menu button at the top bar was previously.

This theme is great, btw! One of the reasons I still stick with weatherpanel over all the others.
