I hate that when that happens - seems like no-one ever wants to help you

Try reinstalling SprintNav so it goes through the first run where you put in your email address and name. Get the pin and then install the TeleNav app and use the same information.

When I flashed my BB Tour to leaked OS 5.0 these were the steps to install a working TeleNav applicaiton. For that one I had to download the TeleNav app for Bell (Canada).

Re: NEW TELENAV Sprint Navigation

When I install and run TeleNav, it doesn't even ask for a pin. All it asks for is phone number, first name, last name and email address.

do you still have the original sprint nav on your phone? if so, are you able to use it without the whole "expired" problem? if so then cut and paste all telenav files to sprint nav folder overwriting everything and rename the telenav.exe to sprintnav.exe and you should be alright.

Re: NEW TELENAV Sprint Navigation

I don't have the original Sprint nav. I'll install it though and try that.

Definitely reinstall SprintNav and run it first. Best thing to do is to rename the file folder to sprintnav2 and keep it on your device. Then rename the Telenav folder to sprintnav and telenav.exe to sprintnav.exe so it works with touchflo.

Only other thing to do is to check your plan to make sure sprintnav is still included. As long as you have logged into the official sprintnav application recently, telenav should start working with your device.

Re: NEW TELENAV Sprint Navigation

I was about to try this cab, but sounds like it's gonna be a headache. So I'll wait until it's all sorted out.

That worked. I install SprintNav first, ran it and made sure it was working. After installing it I install TeleNav, copied the files from the TeleNav folder into the Windows folder. Then I renamed SprintNav.exe to SprintNav1.exe, renamed TeleNav.exe to SprintNav.exe and it's all working fine now.
