Only other thing to do is to check your plan to make sure sprintnav is still included. As long as you have logged into the official sprintnav application recently, telenav should start working with your device.

That worked. I install SprintNav first, ran it and made sure it was working. After installing it I install TeleNav, copied the files from the TeleNav folder into the Windows folder. Then I renamed SprintNav.exe to SprintNav1.exe, renamed TeleNav.exe to SprintNav.exe and it's all working fine now.

I am having the same problem you had. But what exactly did you do to get it fixed? Thanks...
