that is a theme from XDA (same guy who did the awesome Dusk theme)

I don't think you can get just the clock but I may be wrong.

Ok, so I've been running Mighty rom for a while now and have been using his flat black slider tab. I am always so wrapped up in other things, that I never got around to a new slider tab. Well, finally I have one that I like much better and feel it matches my slider icons much nicer too! Yeahhh!!
