clock is manila 3.0 of stock sprint rom. taskbar is bilobrians cdma. you gotta edit the reg when installing otherwise its off by 1% with 1% battery display.
slider is something i found floating around on xda same as tab. all the icons for programs that are customized are just that...i gathered them off of google.
