Get any .jpg you want (480x800) and name it stwater_480_800.jpg. Copy it to \windows and overwrite the one there. That will change the portrait start menu/WM Today wallpaper. Get a 800x480 .jpg and name it to stwater_800_480.jpg, copy to \windows, and that will change the landscape one. If you change a .tsk that has it's own wallpapers in it, you would have to repeat those steps. If you just want to change portrait only, there's a button to do so right on the screen you pick the .tsk from.
