but i either wanna have it ALONE or with the flip clock on the left...

You are running Max Manila 3 right?
Where did it place the one I made you?
Can you show me a screenshot of the clock that is displayed in the configuration you want? Then I can make it to replace that clock and give you that layout, with the clock I made.

i attached three option and i want to replace
the analog i am attaching the files for...
basically i use LA and FA alot... so if u can chose those i wud really appreciate it...SA if u want u can also change..

checking it out right now...(EDIT: its perfect except the the "seconds","minutes","hour" hands are mixed in... its not frm the clock u originally made for me...ill post screenshots of the difference) let me know if u can fix it... Thanx

I will take a look and see if I can figure the proper hands to swap out.
It gets a little difficult to know, since I am not running Max Manila.
I am simply guessing which ones are which.
But since I have got the clock in the position you want it now, I should be able to figure the hands, from what I gave you and what your screenie shows.
I have also PM'd you regarding the boot animation.
