Re: }}Santod Mods{{16/20 Quick Links 2.5.1922 and 2.5.2011}}Landscape BG4all
Excellent work Santod! I especially love the 16 & 20 links as I know that must have taken a while to nail down. Question; do you have a mod or know of one that can show more than 15 contacts on the People Tab? I have searched around but no luck. Thanks again for sharing all of your great work!

I do not currently have, or know of a mod for the contact tab, but I will keep my eyes open, and look into it some. If I can squeeze it into my current list of TO DO's. Thanks again! |

Hey Santod,
I tried your stealthlauncher with 16 quicklinks cab on the first page. I am running the latest rom. It doesn't seem that the stealth launcher is working. Am I missing something or is there somewhere I need to go to turn it on? On a different note, do you know if there is a taskmgr like kind that is in the top right corner of the screen whre it shows your battery life and programs running (and you can x them out)? I would imagine to get the battery life I will need to find a cab to do the 1% battery monitor Thanks for all your help! |

The stealth slider, hides the slider tabs. I will give it a run right now on mine. Since I just reflashed as well. You say you are on the latest rom. Which rom exactly and from what chef? Thanks. I will get back to you on the other question. There are a few options available for that, I believe. |

Well the NRGz 2-4 rom comes with 16 quick links by default now, so no need to install those again. Just install the stand alone stealth slider tab from the OP. Then you can install any of the other skins I've posted for it over top of it. Hope that makes some sense to you and I will check it myself as well.

Re: }}Santod Mods{{16/20 Quick Links 2.5.1922 and 2.5.2011}}Landscape BG4all
Santod, Iam using Mal's 6.5.3 2.5 2011 ROM and I noticed that when I installed the ROM, Kinoma Play worked fine. Then after installing a few apps and your mods I noticed the sound for Kinoma Play didn't work. This happened on MM' Impact ROM as well. I always assumed it was the ROM, however I discovered that your 16 links BG4ALL cab is the culprit. I reinstalled your mods one at a time and they all worked without affecting Kinoma except for this one mod. I uninstalled and the sound for Kinoma returned. I am torn because I really enjoy using Kinoma Play AND I love having BG4ALL. Do you have any idea of what could be causing this issue? If it is going to require a lot of effort to figure this out don't worry about it. Thanks for all the hard work you put into your great mods!

I will look into it, but that seems really odd.
Those files should have absolutely no effect on sound. My first guess, is that the rom you are on, is already tight on Ram, and adding the extra links and B4all, does use up a bit more. One thing you should try, to see if it is maybe ram related, is with the links and b4all installed, turn off HTC Sense and see if Kinoma still has the same problem. Let me know how that goes for you and I will try a few things on my end. Some of these new roms do have memory leaks from what I have seen so far. I also know when low on memory that Youtube has been known to drop sound as well. Definitely my first guess bud! |
