hey santod, i took your advice and tried 2.5. Im likin it, but its new and i cant find a few things. Like the animated weather is not working for me, and the backgrounds for all. The file i have is for 2.1, nevertheless i tried it, and it didnt work. Im also having a hard time findin some icons to use. All the links out of your thread here worked like a charm. aprreciate all your work. Any chance you can direct me to some 2.5 icons? or better yet, What is the correct size for the icons. I used 64x64 as the thread about HDwalls at xda said, and it didnt work. but i was on 2.1. and the weather animated weather for 2.5. Any help is much appreciated. Ive been searchin all mornin, and havent found anything.

And that clock setting back 1 hour 2 min. The fix i have doesnt work on 2.5 either. Sorry, still gettin a grasp on all this 2.5 stuff.

jnuts, which 2.5 rom did you settle on for now? A previous build or one of the brand new ones? It makes a difference as to which mods will work and which won't. I'm not on my home PC at the moment, but can provide you with some of the other mods you mentioned when I get home. Glad you are enjoying the ones I've provided here in this thread already. I also have some new mods coming for the newer version of 2.5 that's out now. Anyway, check back later, I should have stuff for ya'.

As for the animated weather, you just need to set your location and set one of the animated weather wallpapers. Or use HDwalls. But your animated weather should be working without any mods needed.

I went with the energy standard 2.5 21885 dec 25th version. despite mighty comin out with a new landscape version, im using a lot of your tweaks, so i thought it'b be best to run with your reccomendation. Im using hdwalls, but i dont know if im not using the right profile or what, HTC Sense v2.5 & WM 6.5 - All Tabs - No Compression, but all im gettin is a skinned top bar and softkeys. i have to manually go in and set the wallpaper to be the png hd walls cut. It works and lines up right, but the picture is terribly duller than the skinned taskbar and softkeys quality. i tried the cookiemonster patch v1.2 for 2.5 1920, but nothin happened except getting a shadow behind the lone widget i have on my screen. On 2.1 i had to go in and set my wallpaper to be the default one, this however doesnt give me that option. it says animated and weather wallpaper. And my wallpaper is not bg on all pages, even though i set it that option in hdwalls. I know this is a fine line of postin in the hdwalls thread, but it all kind of ties in for me, and you seem to have a good grasp on it all. and your themes and style is my style. I want a clear screen, with a full hd bad ass wallpaper, with some sick icons.

Guess I shouldn't quote long posts, but anyway....

Sounds like all you need to do, is go to change wallpaper and select weather wallpaper, pick one(any one), and then restart HTC Sense or, just soft reset. Doing that after installing an HDwall, should bring up your HDwall picture in its full glory! Try that and let me know.

NRG is due to release his new rom with the new landscape as well, sooon. Just FYI.

Alright bro, i been messin with this all day, and after about 100 soft resets, and looking through the energy thread, hdwalls doesnt work with his new build. others are havin the same issue. also, all the cabs of yours work for me, except the 16 link cab, it is killin the wallpaper. i uninstall it, it comes back. what version are you runnin?

I am now on NRG's release from today of 6.5 build 28011 with Sense 2.5.2291.
So far, HDwalls=not working, BG4all=not working, 16 Links=not working. Working on the Quick links at the moment and BG4all, until HDwalls gets patched again. Let you know when I come up with anything.

If the 16 links adds the 16 links for you and just makes the wallpaper go black, then just reinstall your HDwalls after installing the 16 links. Worked for me on the last NRG build from the 17th, before the new Sense 2.5 with landscape.

You could also try this if that one isn't working on that rom and report back if it's workin on that build or not, but right now it will change your clock background to carbon fiber too. It will revert back when uninstalled. Doesn't work quite right on the build I'm on now, but may work for you on that rom. Let me know.

CAB removed, as it was definitely not working for most and I hate leaving broken cabs lying around! No cabs till final release!

Thats cool, it did work, but i wont be stayin on this rom long, due to the hdwalls not working. But it did fix the wallpaper, and the 20 links works. And i just installed your no clock background cab over it to clear the carbon off. Thanks a lot for your help. I was so confused cause i didnt know if it was the cookie monster not workin, or the rom, or what it was. first tp2 flash. Im just goin for the full wallpapers with the all clear mods.

Thanks for the reply, glad to know it works on that version at least. It appears HDwalls is gonna need an update. In the mean time. I was just running NRG's 28011 from the 17th for a while and it's solid and HDwalls works fine on it. Just so you know. I may go back to it, but I'd rather get the features I want working in this newer build instead.
