Can I be more of a pain and ask for the horizontal one too? For some reason my Backflip wont let me use the whole pic for a wall...it makes you crop it all funny-like...any tips you could give me?
There may be a rice crispy treat in it for you.

u should check out the "pinkin aint easy" theme i got that for my girls phone a while ago, she liked it too.. its only for mr. x rom tho...

Awe thanks.

So any tips for me about using a downloaded image as a wallpaper? The Backflip and I assume other Android phones that use the wallpaper horizontally and vertically have a certain way to crop the picture or a way to display it?
When I have an image I am only able to crop a small part of it, then save and use it as wallpaper. Ive tried Googling this and come up with nothing.
Anyway, if you have any ideas that would be great

It's for the Touch Pro 2, it will not work on your Backflip, so don't bother.

Just thought I'd save you the trouble.

Here, try this one when you get back on and see if it works better for you.
If so, then you want pictures that are 480x320 resolution for your wallpapers on your BackFlip.
So 480 pixels wide by 320 pixels tall. Hope that helps.

I would love to say it worked and the wall looks amazing on my phone but sadly I just cant get it all on, or on properly.
The Backflip has 5 homescreens so when you choose a wall it stretches out that one wall to fill all 5 seamlessly. Does that make sense? This makes it hard for an image to be displayed the way you might want it on your main home screen. (The main home screen is in the middle of 2 on either side...so even cropping a picture is tricky to try to get it to work. Is this like every Android or just the Backflip?
It is fun to try to figure out....but sadly I run out of time or patience and just opt for a pattern or texture wall.

Anyhow, I did a little digging around and it seems you are correct,
that it is no simple task making wallpaper for your phone, lol.
If it uses this Android layout, as others do, it is a little time consuming to say the least. Bummer.
If I get the time, I could try this for you, as I do know how.
Just seems like a bit of work to make nice wallpaper.
