The Backflip has 5 homescreens so when you choose a wall it stretches out that one wall to fill all 5 seamlessly. Does that make sense? This makes it hard for an image to be displayed the way you might want it on your main home screen. (The main home screen is in the middle of 2 on either side...so even cropping a picture is tricky to try to get it to work. Is this like every Android or just the Backflip?
It is fun to try to figure out....but sadly I run out of time or patience and just opt for a pattern or texture wall.

Anyhow, I did a little digging around and it seems you are correct,
that it is no simple task making wallpaper for your phone, lol.
If it uses this Android layout, as others do, it is a little time consuming to say the least. Bummer.
If I get the time, I could try this for you, as I do know how.
Just seems like a bit of work to make nice wallpaper.
