can you be more specific?
wallpaper only or full custom girlyness, i.e. icons etc..?
your best option is to learn how customize so you can create and change as needed.
start by searching

I was looking for all out themes. I was able to find one that did the sliders, clock and so forth and really like it but can not find any with a girls touch for my wife. I have been searching for the last 2 days :) I am not sure if I am creative enough to come up with some of the stuff that other people do. Thanks for the quick response.

Yes, she is still running everything stock. I have not made any changes to it yet.

I could use a good theme for a girls phone too. My girlfriend is running the stock sprint rom, she doesn't really want me to change roms because I am always resetting my phone and stuff. But she would like some pretty colors, anybody out there have the skills to build us some choices? I have absolutely no talent.

EDIT: I did look at that probex theme it looks pretty cool but may be a little too over the top girly.
