can you make start menu rows straight

i caint be the lonly guy that this annoys. is it possible to make the rows straight instead of jagged

you can enable manila start menu, then you get 3 straight rows across

I actually just found Joe Wilcox's Awesome Start which does it but I do see that there is a second cab that will do it as well. Is there any difference between the 2?

I prefer this one, it makes the icons bigger and more finger friendly-->
