i caint be the lonly guy that this annoys. is it possible to make the rows straight instead of jagged

i mean sraight across in rows. without the honeycomb layout. the way (blasthmey i know) iphone icons are.

you can enable manila start menu, then you get 3 straight rows across

I actually just found Joe Wilcox's Awesome Start which does it but I do see that there is a second cab that will do it as well. Is there any difference between the 2?
