Mar14 rom
those are actually the Extended Rom from the stock Sprint 3.5 rom. its good you let them all run, shouldnt have any issues now hopefully.
some of them are the Sprint bloatware, but you can hard-reset and skip them now that you've run them already. just run the IOTA one this next time and you should be good.

Re: colonels custom rom?
Just a note:
I updated to the Mar 14 ROM version and had trouble with the phone going into a "auto soft reset" mode where it was soft resetting automatically as soon as active sync was disconnected. However, it seems disabling bluetooth from the comm. manager is the cause of the problem. Once I enabled it again the soft resets stopped completely.

Re: colonels custom rom?
Another suggestion (which you may have already tried, so forgive me if this is old info) is to make sure you have the correct Radio and bootloader for the build.
Most current custom ROMs require olipro's 2.4 bootloader http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=9093 and if you don't have that installed it will produce exactly the effects you're talking about. An incorrect/incompatible radio could produce the same effect. Also some roms (notably no2chem's) have that problem if you don't do a hard reset and remove the battery for 2 min or so immediately after flashing the rom. Just some things to try. Good luck.
