Strangely enough, the problem seems to have corrected itself... I am now able to reset properly, and I really didn't do anything different, other than not shutting it down for the past day or so.

I am certainly confused, but ill take what I can get I guess.

Thanks for the help anyways puff! Hopefully things won't change in the next little while.
