WOW that sounds great man.

I used the OEM that comes with PPCKitchen. It's the one compiled by Conflipper called Bluetooth FTP Explorer version 1_2_33309_1. I tried a few cabs and tried to make my own cabs, but none worked properly - I am guessing it's a security/certificate problem. Cooking it in seemed the best way to go.

Why did we go backwards with rom versions? Is there a problem with 23017? Other than is seems to EAT my battery.

Ummm...what? I went from 23008 to 23017. I don't have enough fingers to actually count it, but that appears to be an increase to me.

Has anyone else experienced battery problems on this build? Mine has not been bad at all.

He reads his numbers from right to left. Ive been trying everyone's 23017 build. The battery life has been great. Thanks for your hard work.

It was pointed out to me that the first post had somehow reverted back to they way it look a few days ago. I have absolutely NO idea how that happened (I'm guessing it may be something with the latest updates to the forum, but not sure) and I sincerely apologize. It is fixed now.

Re: WM 6.5 - 23017 (02-August-2009)

23022 has been released, but it is not ready for prime-time just yet. Microsoft is beginning to introduce some major changes. Here are the ones I noticed while playing around:

They have moved the X from the upper left corner to the bottom right (this causes some issues with the current HTC task manager)
The bottom taskbar now features individual buttons (and their locations are not centered and look odd)
The Start Menu now features a drag & drop ability to re-order icons
A bunch of things are currently mis-aligned
There is a zoom ability for the top taskbar
And a bunch of other things

Here is a link to some screenshots from Da_G (the user who brings us most of the needed files for the ROMs):
http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...43&postcount=1

I have a build created, but as I said this isn't ready for prime-time. It will not be publicly released. The next few builds may be rough until either MS or the developers here have a chance to iron out the many wrinkles.

With that being said, I will send anyone interested in testing this out a link if they PM me. This is not a good ROM for day-to-day use, but it's fun to play around with for a bit.

Re: WM 6.5 - 23017 (02-August-2009)

Must have been my browser reverting back to cached info. Last night I logged on and the post had reverted to 23008 now back to 23017. I did re-flash 23008 due to task bar, love the new one and fits my theme quit nice. I DO KNOW HOW TO COUNT =).
