I am having an issue with Internet Explorer on 23081 every time I open IE it asks if I want to download the file...then IE says it can't download the file.

I have tried both Mattsm's and JMartin's 23081 builds and they are both having the same serious issue with IE not displaying the web pages.

Below is a meager attempt at testing the various WM6.5.x builds for the Sprint Titan. Most of the information is not 100% complete but hopefully it will help some before downloading and installing various builds.

We are looking into this right now. You are not alone on this issue.

I have an updated 23081 build on the first post. IE works now! Thanx to Mattsm and the good people over on the developers thread for figuring this out.

If you dont want to reflash Mattsm has posted this fix. Just download and install.

Have you had the opportunity it try it out? Is it as stable as the 21869 build?

I had it on my phone long enough to see that everything worked, as I like the 23xxx builds better. I couldn't really see anything new. I will say it was very fast and stable, but the last few 21xxx builds have been.
