*228 is a voice recording that prompts you to stay online to activate. Also, I thought my code was supposed to be 000000 if it was unlocked, mine is still 309787

can you upgrade your prl manually. the bottom of the list are newer. you chose top of the list.

I can do it manually but I don't think my phone is unlocked is it? If it was shouldn't the code be 000000?
