they need something called ESN <--keep that number private

if cricket has a way to program/activate the phone online you are going to need that ESN number.

- flashed over to cricket

I called Cricket and added the phone, they tell me to dial *228 and it says to hold on to activate but hangs up about 5 seconds in.. Also a lot of the option in the EPST are grayed out, I don't remember it being like that earlier

for verizon is *228 option 1 for programming option 2 to update the prl
