Download the one that is YOUR carrier, put the file on your SD card, then open it with the file manager.....

If needed someone else can direct you how to do it with activesync..... (i use mac, so no activesync for me)

You are a moron of stupendous capacity if you think I did not use search before posting, especially seeing as how I mentioned in my opening post how I've been SEARCHING (i.e. looking, reading and using the SEARCH function ). Waiting for morons like yourself to respond to my sincere request for help, people like yourself ASSUMING I did not use search is just ONE of the many perks I look forward to when posting.
