no.....its not stumper... its a "i should have searched first, before asking."

You need to install your carrier specific cab file.

*NOTE* that is NOT my ftp site....it is (i think) courtesy of DCD...
Download the one that is YOUR carrier, put the file on your SD card, then open it with the file manager.....

If needed someone else can direct you how to do it with activesync..... (i use mac, so no activesync for me)
