Re: GPS without network coverage?
I dont think there is anything in the EPST but you can go here and follow the steps to get into the QPST where we normally go to do GPS settings.
Daved, you need to add in your profile who your carrier is. And mark, I thought you had everything working on your device. Plus I havent seen you on here in forever. You need to add the carrier in your profile also even though I know you are with Sprint.

I also tried the GPS configuration for India in the Vogue which has a working USB port, heh. I still need to know how to disable the aGPS... I hope we hear soon from nullifier.

Re: GPS without network coverage?
Really though, if the data connection is only 1X I find my GPS locks to be slow. Unless on EVDO, they don't come much faster. The Standalone works fine...

Re: GPS without network coverage?
Uncheck 'Allowed'... leave the IP settings alone, that's irrelevant if it is not 'allowed'. Roms with GPS enabled will still work when aGPS is not 'allowed'

Re: GPS without network coverage?
Doing so would reverse what some of us use to enable aGPS which is what I had suggested but the OP said it caused some USB issues I think and didnt want to. If that was the case i think there were some other issues or settings adjusted personally.
