Can you reverse the 6.1 upgrade?

PPCKitchen makes ROM building excruciatingly simple, (I miss the good old Dogguy kitchen days) you download the program, run updater to download the build you want, and then essentially check radio buttons and press build. It is impossible to cause irreversible damage to your phone.

Dogguy works like it ever did. It's a kitchen maker, not a kitchen. Bepe makes the kitchen Dogguy uses. You can do all the same stuff in PPCkitchen as you can in Bepe, you just don't have to do it from a command line. (the reverse, however, is not true...)
