JD's Rom 2.6.1 CE OS 5.2.20273 (20273.1.3.3)

No problems GPS lock here with Radio 3.42.50. Also, no issues whatsoever with SMS, good shift portrait to landscape, less than a second to open windows directory. Just like all the other ROMS running the 20273.

I am using mine with the Team Manila 2d CAB. Seems to run just fine in most respects. The JD 2.6.1 base is running well enough clean enough that this mod runs fine over it. Big Thumbs up!

gps works good under 10sec with 3.35
bout 26mb on boot
seems very stable( i have only used it for 6 hours)
no any kind of problem with sms
bluetooth works fine
didnt test wifi

rom is very nice though. jd- that youtube thing you had working where we could watch youtube from windows media player, thats not in this rom anymore?

I took the streaming media drivers out for now because I have pretty much changed the whole way that I make the roms

I am having a weird problem when i install programs. After the installation is complete, my phone screen pops up autmatically. Not really a problem just weird.

Also this rom seems to have a smaller page pool than before, I am booting with HTC home at 22 mb free, before on the previous roms I would boot to 25mb +?

JD, i really do like the rom. ive gotten 27 mb on boot, and im running the new manilla on it. pretty nice and smooth, still got around 17 mb available too.

but...the keyboard is just whacky as heck. its to the point where i need to move to a different rom. ive tried a hard reset and it just the same exact thing. im gonna try one last reflash, but im willing to bet ill get the same result.



is anyone else having problems with the keyboard? (keys not coming up/keys typing in multiple characters after one keypress/no response at all for a period of time)

honestly most times I release a rom then I'm on to building another project ... this go round we're using the same thing and I have not had the keyboard issue and I'm still trying to figure out what may cause it ...

ive had issues with the keyboard before but theyve never been this bad. if it makes any difference, the apps that ive had on here consistently are arcsoft 3, ftouchsl, and quickmenu. i had homescreen plusplus and then uninstalled that to try out manilla, and the keyboards been whacky through all of this.

im still on the rom though because it is really nice....jus that damn kybd...
