problem with downgrading back to the original bootloader

I apoligize in advance if this is posted somewhere else but I could not find it.
I put olipro 2.4 on my phone to start the rom upgrade process. I tried to install Titan 3.27 radio but it would get stuck at 9%. I read how to install 3.27 using micoSD disk but that is beyond my expertise. So I want to downgrade to the original bootloader but windows mobile device is not recognizing my phone. I am running Vista. Can someone please help me.
