Re: problem with downgrading back to the original bootloader

You need to make sure the Radion you have is gonna work with your provider I would guess. I hae been tring to follow you through both of your threads to help you. Unfortunatly I am really confused )which usually happens when you multipost). I am not sure where you are with your device right now.
1. What bootloader version?
2. What Radio version?
3. What ROM?

Sorry for multiposting. I wasnt getting any help in "stuck in Titan thread" so I thought I did something wrong when I posted.

bootloader version 2.40 Olipro
Radio version 3.35
custom rom version - none(didnt flash any)
At this point I flashed stock rom 3.54.661.1 (Radio 3.42.40)
Now I have a triangle left of EV and international above last call in phone. I will focus on this post. Thanks for your help and patience.

Re: problem with downgrading back to the original bootloader

Try flashing a Custom ROM. DCD, Nexvision, No2 chem, Your own cooked. Any of the above will work. Also if your providers has a way to OTA update such as *228 try that as well. I don't know the PRI and PRL for telus.

I am new to this so I dont have my own cooked rom. As for a custom rom I dont have one in mind so I will search the threads on how to use *228. I do remember seeing it somewhere.

Re: problem with downgrading back to the original bootloader

*228 is the way VZW and Alltel update. I don't know the method for Telus. I won't respond to this issue in this thread any further. I will make any further responses in the other thread so we can stop the split post. It will lead to further confusion.
