Also, I forgot to mention, it might be a good idea to click the 'CHAT' Link at the top of this site/page and join the ppcgeeks chat room. I'll be in there for a little while today if you need help, but even if I'm not there, there's plenty of people that should be more than happy to help you figure this out. After all, that's what ppcgeeks.com is here for!

Oh I'm sorry, I didn't see your post saying you were stuck in bootloader... there's a solution for that. I'll attach it to this post. It will let you exit the bootloader, but use it on an XP system with active sync disabled (right click on the Active Sync Icon in your system tray, choose connections, then uncheck 'Allow USB Connections'), then you can run the file I attached below (with your phone still attached to the PC) and it should get it out of bootloader mode.

The file is attached below...
Attached Files
File Type: zip titan_exitbl.zip (188.7 KB, 1 views) Click for barcode!

No, that will get it out of bootloader so you can get on your cell phone, connect to the internet with your phone, visit this post, and download no2chem's bootloader I attached to my first post, directly to your memory card, and then just run it from there.

Before you download it though, remember to format your memory card to FAT32 filesystem.

Although, if you don't have a GPS rom with a 3.xx radio on your phone, this method will not work because unless you have the above on your phone, it will not boot again once you install no2chem's bootloader. It doesn't work with ROMs that aren't GPS with 3.xx Radio.

I'll be on here a while so first, download that exit bootloader program I attached to my post, and then run the titan_exitbl.exe file on your XP computer with your phone attached. And remember to disable connections in Active Sync before you run it like I said before.

When you double click the file, your phone should reset and boot back up so you're not stuck in bootloader anymore.

Once you get past this point, let me know and we'll go from there.

If possible, get into the ppcgeeks chat room. I'm in there now. It will make this a LOT easier. Don't worry though, I'll walk you through this and we'll get a custom ROM loaded on your phone within the next hour if all goes well.

How are you coming along dj. It sounds like you are almost there now. You have most of the hard stuff out of the way. Your phone is not screwed. Hit me up if you need to. I will check in chat to see if you are there.

He almost has a custom ROM in his phone without ever hooking it up to his computer.

I walked him through the whole process of unlocking his titan with no2chem's bootloader, formatting his memory card to FAT32, and then I built and uploaded a custom ROM for him to download directly to his memory card. He's almost there.

If anyone else wants the custom ROM I built for him, you can get it here:

(It's based off of the 20226 build from the PPC Kitchen, and is GPS Enabled. You should have a 3.xx radio installed in your phone before using this ROM)

http://www.server23.com/RUU/TITAIMG.nbh

It's a direct download link. I'm using this ROM in my phone since yesterday and it's running awesome, plus it's loaded with all the useful programs and no BS.

I NOR ANYONE AFFILIATED WITH THIS SITE WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING THAT MAY HAPPEN AS A RESULT OF DOWNLOADING/INSTALLING THIS ROM IN YOUR PHONE. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

BY THE WAY, THIS ROM IS BUILT FOR THE SPRINT PPC-6800 AND MAY NOT WORK WITH OTHER CARRIERS.

Re: Ok I keep messing up

You may want to advise what carrier that is for so no one blames you for there phone problems. And Post in big bold letters you are not responsible for any issues anyone has with thier phone. I always do that when I post a test ROM. Just did it today in fact.
