DCD's ROM don't work with PPCKitchen unless you know how to edit it to do so and it's more than just a text file worth of editing. To use his kitchen you need to extract the file you downloaded to a folder then add any OEM's you want to the OEM Folder. Once you're ready click the Buildnb file in the main kitchen directory, buildos will open after a minute or so. Make all of your selections then hit play. Once it's done building close it and buildnb will continue. Eventually the RUU will come up and you will be ready to flash your phone.
