after that you flash the custom rom using the ruu utility or via sd card

try booting your phone into boot loader before running the ruu (power+camera+soft reset and hold it)

you need to have a 3.xx gps rom on your device before using olipro or nuespl. if olipro is not working for you try nuespl (you can find it here on the forums, or I think http://www.nuerom.com has it for download). nuespl is based off a newer bootloader anyways so I would recommend that over olipro, and it flashes off your microsd card. once that is done you can flash a custom rom or you can flash via sd card (name the .nbh file TITAIMG.nbh).

To run Olipro 2.40 unlocker the device has to be booted into Windows Mobile or close enough to fool the unlocker. It wouldnt have ran if device was in bootloader mode. Sounds like you got it now anyways.
