Need relocker for 1.20 (sorry long)

It's not a gps unit. This is the device I have soaked in soda, washed in hot soapy water, and all kinds of other ups and downs. So yesterday I tried to do the spl 2.40 flash without locking the device first. During flash, it asked if I wanted to continue or cancel. I guess something wasn't jive-n with download and I continued anyway. Failed to flash. Stuck in bootloader 1.20. Would shut off and come back to bootloader over and over. Reading here, says to download an other rom to get out of bootloader. Finding a rom that didn't require 2.40 wasn't fun either. So I striped down vboots and took the nbh file and put it in dcd 3.2.5 rom (not using it cause it fails to sync with activesync) and flashed it. Got me out of bootloader, but froze at flash screen after red letters dissapeared. Found sprint radio only rom on xda and it came with an RUU folder. So I flashed that ruu folder. I then took the nbh and nb files out of spl 2.40 and stuck them in the ruu folder. Flashed that, then removed the nb files, put the 1040 prl and ckt nbh file from an other rom (can't recall without doing again which rom it came from) and flashed again, then took to0 v3 nbh and put it in vboots rom and flashed again. Got me going again. Now I have radio 3.42 with wm6.1 on dcd 3.2.5 rom with to0 nbh. But still in 1.20 unlocker not 2.40. Sent an email to to0 yesterday requesting serial, but no answer so far. I used the other titan I have with a non working mic and 2.40 to practice flashing and switching nbh files and mixing roms looking for something that would work with cricket. As stated, 3.2.5 wont let me activesync and the cricket cab to go with it didn't get me going on cricket. I flashed 2.40 on my working phone and have nothing now that it is been flased to new rom (just wanted to get 2.40 on phone, had no intention of flashing rom till I got one together to run on cricket) Only relocker I can find is nue2.07 and cant be used on non gps units.

If I can get 1.06 relocker (searched here and xda to no avail), can I then flash 2.37 or 2.40 on? Can't get serial request to go away on phone to do usb to pc option to get activesync to see phone. How can I lock/unlock to 2.40 when phone in bootloader 1.20?

Thanks to those roms posted by cookers that I stripped to get things going.
