you should make sure you have the latest prl that is normally the solution to roaming. what i normally do is test all the available prls from sprint and see which one suits me best.

i have the latest prl and there sayin that i need a SID number reset. and i gotta wait till tomorrow so that there department that runs that are open.

I'm on Alltel as well did you try *228 option 2? That fixes the roaming indicator.

You will probably get 20 different opinions on this.....in my opinion PPC kitchen is.....much more user friendly customizations....no disrespect to DCD though....I use em both.....

Yeah I just checked out DCD's kitchen, and while it seems very fast BuildOS has a lot more features. As far as adding more apps and what have you to your phone. I just didn't know if there was something out there I'm missing? I know with DCD's I could just add a bunch of cabs, but I was looking for something similar to BuildOS where I could select a ROM and add all apps I wanted.

As SBR said above.....you can pretty much do whatever you like....just need to read a lot....search Dogguyskitchen....I am pretty sure it has tutorials to create ur own kitchen and customize it...

You gotta add oem packages to the oem folder in DCD's kitchen. You can simply extract oem folders from PPCKitchen (in the kitchens folder) and put them in DCD's oem folder. Then you will have more options.
