I had a little trouble the first time to get a Lock. Use the GPS tool again after you reset your phone. Sometimes it takes a while on the first one. I have not tested my GPS in a while I think I will go do that now.

Re: Step by Step tutorial for unlocking your device and cooking your own ROM!!!
Ok I had nt used GPS since I flashed a ROM. I went outside and ran google which did not lock. I used HTC GPS toll and got no lock after a minute. I chose Function in bottom left corner and chose Quick GPS on. It locked after abot 45 secs- 1minute. Also there is a progam GPS toggle. It is a today screen app that works pretty good t turn GPS Off/ON from the today screen. If you cook it in then go to settings>today>items and select it to show up on today screen.

I heard this works for Verizon...don't know what carrier you have but you may want to try this if it is Verizon.......dial *22899 and then reboot .......as I said someone else posted this somewhere so I personally cannot confirm this as a fix....
