Uninstall Sprint apps

Does anyone know how to remove the default apps?

The easiest way to do this is to hard reset the phone and before the "Sprint Customizations" run soft reset the phone. It will come back up with none of the Sprint bloat installed. If this helped please give a thanks!

lets say u just upgraded to the new rom and you took a day to reconfig your phone to just the way you like it. So another hard reset is out of the question. Is there another way to accomplish this? thanks.
