when you click on the top left for the start menu if you click the part where it says start the oem menu will pop out and if you click it on the windows icon next to the start the quick menu pops up

Not what I asked. There's no way to totally deactivate the quickmenu program. It always keeps coming back up. I'm going to try to live with quickmenu because it can't be turned off for good.

The top bar disappearing bug has to do with the HTC Task Manager.

to get rid of the quick menu go to quick menu/quick menu/exit that will fix that for you

I can read just fine. However, my question still isn't answered, despite your condescending remarks. I know what the wm build is I'm asking what's DIFFERENT between THIS rom and the one available in the ppcgeeks kitchen.

Again, quickmenu can never be disabled if you don't want it to run. You have to exit out of it every time that you soft reset.
