Question Can't call out on Alltel Titan with Alltel 3.35 ROM

What I have
Titan from Alltel on Alltel Network running Alltel Stock 3.35 ROM

What I've done:
  1. From stock, run Oli 2.4, flashed 3.42.30 radio, flashed custom ROM from PPCKitchen
  2. Tried a test call and got a "Can't complete your call" type of message
  3. Flashed 3.42.02 radio and test call failed
  4. Flashed Alltel ROM and test call failed
  5. Updated PRL to 30031 and test failed
  6. Updated PRL to 40036 and test failed
  7. Changed "Network Service" to home only and can't even call *611

Someone mentioned updating SID, but I have no idea what that is about.

Short of trying to swap the phone, anything left to try?

Flashing an OFFICIAL ROM wipes out al hacking you've done, and includes a radio, so if that didn't work I would guess something is wrong internally. Anytime I've run into problems flashing a complete stock ROM w/radio fixed it

Doesn't Alltel use A-keys? Try calling Alltel customer service and get a new one.

Also check the MDN and MSID in EPST, sometimes flashing alters them.

I broke down today and went to an Alltel store. They got it working in minutes, but I couldn't see what he did. I'm guessing it was some sort of provisioning on their side. Perhaps the a-key?

It was most likely the MDN and MSID previously mentioned.
