I agree. In direct response to the success of the iPhone, MS has recently stated that they are going to shift their emphasis to a more vertically-integrated model. In the future I think we'll see MS producing their own line of devices with tighter hardware integration. It's ludicrous to think that would start with video drivers for the Titan and Vogue though (no offense).

I've always appreciated MS' commitment to an open platform. Not being locked to specific hardware allows for a lot of flexibility in the PPC and PC world. There is definetly something to be said for Apple's hardware and software integration though. Their systems are typically smooth and relatively bug-free. Competition is good, and the future looks bright.

Yeah I heard that microsoft is gonna have their own devices. As bill gates ssaid in one of his keynote, PC's specs are going down and cellsphone specs is going up. They are gonna meet in the middle sometime. M$ is gonna join the UMPC bandwagon then the cellphone after that.

It doesn't matter it this point because of you are with Sprint, if you just look at your device, they are going to charge you something fo looking at it! See 5GB Cap Post. The Level 69 department at Sprint is going to end up screwing everybody in the front and back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just fyi, disabling "Advanced Networking" in your usb to pc connection settings (on your phone), will fix your problems with WMDC.

good job ranting when you don't know what's going on. 1. the 5 GB cap doesn't exist for phones/PDAs it is for air cards only. 2. sprint was the last to apply the cap. at&t and verizon did it months before sprint did so don't make it seem like sprint is the only one doing it
