I would love for this to be true since I will be keeping my mogul for the next year or two. Not upgrading until a WM phone comes out with a screen over 3.2 inches with a slide out keyboard.

Yea, I wish ppl would stop posting that ms would NOT make drivers... has anybody looked at a windows instalation cd? or ran a windows update in the last 10 years...
microsoft typically does write/liscence drivers and stamp thier name on them.. that way they can have more control over the overall windows experience..
I remember having to remove windows bluetooth drivers and install drivers from one of the manufacturers for better bt performace on my laptop.

That's for the PC... Take a look at the different mobile windows platforms that have ever come out... I don't think a single one of them has accelerated graphics drivers made by microsoft. Not even PC's have hardware accelerated drivers from microsoft, just display drivers. There just isn't any evidence saying that MS is going to make graphics drivers for the Mogul. Maybe, just maybe, MS will play a hand in including some drivers in the next iteration of windows mobile, but as space limited as mobile devices are, I wouldn't even count on that...

My contact at Microsoft was wrong. I have a PPC-6800 and had no idea other posts like this were being put on this site. I do not have much free time to do much. I was told this is a developmental website, and that many of the people in this website would be pleased to hear that info. I am terribly sorry for this misinformation. Thanks for all over your input on this subject. I will see to it this shall not happen again.

Haha, dur. Of course he was. Now this will put to rest the argument from all 2 people that microsoft COULD in fact have this development under way.

Wow! Some of us Titan users are a bitter bunch on this topic.
Hope springs eternal, from this user, on the idea of Mogul driver updates but maybe next time we could have a little more SOLID explaination of what's going on with driver development to avoid bitter feedback on rumors&wispers.
