I updated the Build OS and OEM files then tried to build a ROM but I kept receiving the .hv error as well. I removed each oem that contained the last rgu number with the same failure. I have had this error since the recent PPCGeeks_OEM.rar. I have been continuing unchecking the last .rgu which seemed to error the build process each time I build, and just about gave up. I simply went back to my default selections and didn't check the Samsung D3D Driver and the build went through properly.

This seems to point at the Samsung D3d Driver OEM.
