Re: Titan 20270 GPS kitchen

I was having an issue where the dialer would pop up and in the process close one or two programs I was using (i.e. if I was listening to music and surfing web simultaneously one would disappear). I did the fix for the dialer popping up but occasionally a program that's currently in use still closes. I even reflashed with the pagepool set to 16MB and have ~10MB available when this happens. If the keyboard is open it "forgets" and switches the screen back until I close and reopen. I'm using the Vogue dialer. Any ideas why this is happening now?

Other than that great ROM, really fast!

Re: Titan 20270 GPS kitchen

These are the settings for MMS on Verizon Wireless.

In the MMS Configuration choose Verizon Wireless server settings -
Server name: Verizon Wireless
Gateway: leave blank
Port Number : 80
Server Address: http://mms.vtext.com/servlets/mms

Also use a registry editor to check these registry settings on your phone.

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Arcsoft\ArcSoft MMS UA\Config\mm1\WspHeader]
"X-VzW-MDN"="myphonenumber" (string! not DWORD) (for "my phone number" use you actual phone nuber without the quotes)
"User-Agent"="utstar67kv1"
"Accept"="application/vnd.wap.multipart.related"

I would suggest that when you get a working registry setup that you save the registry settings and load them after you flash. I do this with dotfred by going to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Arcsoft\ArcSoft MMS UA. I then hold the stylus down on the folder and hit export. I save the exported file in a folder called configuration on my storage card. After I flash a new ROM I just go to that folder and click on the file and it automatically updates my registry for me. Hope this helps.

This same thing was happening when I had an APACHE device. It was caused by one of the Task Managers. I believe it was HTC Task Manager.

Re: Titan 20270 GPS kitchen

I put the link to that post in my signature. I had to search around to find the fix myself.

Re: Titan 20270 GPS kitchen

Is anyone having a problem with the audio manager program. It doesn't stop on a song to play it. Just goes through the list in a couple of seconds. Windows players fine, but I never liked it much.
